Introducing the Denim Patchwork Collection, a bold fusion of sustainability, craftsmanship, and effortless style. This collection reimagines four of our most iconic silhouettes: the Charter Backpack, Rogue Shoulder Bag, Charter Crossbody 19, and Cargo Tote through an intricate patchwork of upcycled denim.
Each bag is constructed from carefully sourced denim repurposed from past Coach projects and products. The process was anything but random. We were incredibly meticulous about the placement, wash, and finish of every denim patch, ensuring the perfect balance of light and dark tones, texture, and depth. The result is a collection where no two bags are exactly alike, each with its own distinct character.
Beyond being sustainably crafted, these bags are undeniably cool. The mix of washes and textures gives them a laid-back, lived-in feel like your favorite pair of jeans while still being polished enough to wear anywhere. They are durable, easy to style, and only get better with time, making them the perfect blend of fashion and function.
I worked closely on the composition of these designs, collaborating with our manufacturers to perfect every detail and partnering with the women’s design team to ensure each piece seamlessly integrated into the Coach lineup. These silhouettes were chosen for a reason. They are some of our most-loved styles, and this fresh denim take makes them even more special.
