Airpods pouch
I was tasked with designing and developing a modular headphone case inspired by the rise of wireless earbuds and portable tech. Focused on versatility and everyday integration, the pouch clips seamlessly onto bags, belts, or keychains. I owned CAD development, CMF direction, hardware detailing, and full Tech Pack delivery, creating a compact accessory built for modern audio use.

The AirPods Pouch was developed as a compact solution for today’s on-the-go lifestyle, designed to give presence and purpose to one of the smallest daily essentials. With wireless audio and portable electronic accessories becoming indispensable, the pouch reframes function into an intentional design statement that bridges fashion and tech spaces.
Crafted in refined calf leather, the pouch delivers a smooth, premium touch that instantly communicates quality. A micro dog tag charm nods to Coach’s heritage, while a secondary version in signature coated canvas offers a more graphic and tactile CMF direction. Both variations elevate a simple utility item through material storytelling and detail.
Adaptable across generations, the pouch clips to belt loops, bags, or straps with ease. Its secure structure, polished hardware, and zip-around opening make it feel substantial despite its scale, transforming storage into expression while reflecting Coach’s evolving balance of heritage and modern utility.
